Hello everyone,
I am starting this diet for the first time today, have done a lot of reading and hope to stay on for 7 days, please help me along. I am one of those people who have a ginormous fear of success, aka whenever I do well in something I tend to slack (when it come to food if i weigh few ounds less, I let myself go and binge

) and this time I really want to start a process of weight loss and stick with it
I was going to start yesterday but... I ad focaccia in the house and didn't want it to go to waste, Lord help me I need help!
So anyway, starting today, I have just started making this soup and my pot is almost filled to the brim

added all the ingredients plus the V8 juice and will continue to be on this for 7 days iA
Have done some research, and am equipped with my ibuprofin and multivitamin just in case i need it. Also don't plan on staying on this diet for more than 7 days as it is not recommended... we'll see how I do. Any fruits/veggies in particular anyone likes that helps them stay on this diet? Any suggestions you modified in your day that stuck with the rules but made this more bare-able? I hope to get support and continue on this journey with each of you, wishing you all success!
