11 lb down my first week, and it wasn't so bad. I stuck to it and drank a lot of water. The only thing that was different for me was that I did use store bought salsa to dip the raw veggies and to add to salads as dressing. PS- I did walk for 30 to 40 minutes twice that week.
I also quit coffee this past week as well, drinking unsweetened green tea and peppermint tea (mixed) at least twice a day.
I am a now 187 lb mother of 2 small children, I feel like I still have sooo far to go but this little jump has helped. I have a ski trip mid feb and want to fit back into my old pants and feel comforitable with myself. I will now start weight watchers until the beginning of Dec when i'll do CSD again. I feel like my positive attitude about things has really helped this last week. In the past I was always on a diet and miserable, and of course never did well. I will keep posting hopefully with more results.
