Thanks Sally, I have worked so hard to get from about 200 lbs to 123 but lately been slacking and gained about 7 lbs back. Wish me luck

Thank you guys you are so sweet, well I have been away for awhile after reaching my goal weight but recently went through touch times and gained some weight so I am back again starting tomorrow I hope it will go well.

My highest weight was over 200 lbs my lowest 115 now 130
