Hi everyone, this is my first day too

. I tried this diet a few times already, good sucess.
so far so good took an appple and a bowl of grapes, my soup is bubbling away and looking forward to eat it, it smells nice as i added some curry.
later on im gonna make warm fruit by adding an apple,pear a few dried apricots and prunes.
just to let you know im from sunny malta, and would like a buddie.
I keep you in contact i weigh 66kg, so lets c the end result
