FYI, the recipe for the 7 day plan yields A LOT of soup. The first time I made it I couldn't eat it fast enough and the soup went bad. I got really sick from eating it. If your soup smells funny after a couple of days, discard it. Cabbage makes it go bad. Now I make small batches of soup every day or every other day. Fresh soup never causes gas, old soup does. Sometimes I blend it, sometimes I add beets, different spices, parsley, cilantro, garlic, you can throw some meat in on day 5-6, rice on day 7. The variety makes it easier to stick to the diet.
