hey yall im on day 2 and lost 5 lbs no bathroom yet dpnt like water i need to drop need to lose 35 fast help

Hey MCHILLBILLYS; Welcome to the Forum. 5lbs in 2 days is phenomenal (so only 30 lbs left to lose ). Did you say no poop yet ??? If this is normal for you then, okay. Keep an "eye" on it before it becomes a problem, which is possible with this diet. How is the CSD plan (loads of fruits and veggies) working out for you so far :hmm: If you don't mind it, and can adapt it into your "every day" eating plan, 35 lb weight loss is possible. Don't know how fast that will be though. Stay active and DRINK YOUR WATER :lol: Trini

Water is a big piece of the puzzle to the success of CSD. Keep it up, 5lbs in 2 days is good.

hey yall felling good im on meat day or day 5 and down 10 lbs have increased my water realy no hunger not haveing the bathroom trips except to pee the other is fairly normal cant wait to get back in my skinny jeans proud of myself mwah melissa 8)

Hey Melissa, Congratulations on the BIG loss :cheers: . Glad to hear you are feeling better, keep up the water intake. Some CSD "naysayers" say all the weight we are losing is water weight, I don't know how true that is, so its even more important to drink, drink and drink especially in these warmer temperatures. When you say "the other is normal" I hoping that means daily :oops: . Will you be doing a 2nd week right away ??? Continued Success, Trini :cheers:

today is day 7 and im down 12 lbs drinking more water have decided to focus on 5 lb incroments find my self not eating much at all the way i work doesnt allow for a sit down breakfast so my day has 2 meals lunch which is the soup and sometimes the salad the meat didnt appeal to me but i ate a lil still not in the skinny jeans a lil bummed at 145 id like to see 120 agine and hints on a new quick start :love:

Hey mchilbillys; 12lbs in 7 days, WAY TO GO !!!!!!!. That's nothing to sneeze at. You should be so proud :cheers: . Will you do a week 2 right away, or take a little break and eat sensibly before doing CSD again :hmm: . I started CSD again after 6 weeks off on 08/03/09. I think I did well, but doing a little extreme CSD this week. Cutting back on too many fruits, increasing the exercise and indulging in more water filled veggies ( raw ). Will know the outcome next Monday. Wishing us both "Continued Success". :cheers: :cheers: . Trini

have to admit im a lil bummed but i was in a wreck yesterday swollen and bruised but a live and able to go to work today thinking the swelling in adding to the no lbs seen on the scale i realy think im gonna take 2 days off eat sensible and hit it hard agine i havent started the exercise all i would do is walk but the heat and my job keeps me from free time i like the soup havent craved meat love fruit day but dislike juice to much sugar in it makes me sick even if its lite i wanna see 5 more lbs gone like now its bugging me grr :star: hay if yall have my space hit me up there please need the help and support mwah

Hi mchilbillys; I hope you feel better soon :love: . If you are on the mend, it's no time to diet. The body needs a lot of TLC to recover CSD is just not gonna do it. I recently signed up for Face Book by invitation, but I'll be darned if I know how to use it. Please explain :help:

well im back from my break in the diet glad to say i only gained 1 lb found my appite alot and i mean alot less starting back today at 145 setting my goal in 5 lb interviles would love to be 120 agine but waiting for those skinny jeans the one size the closet is full of to fit havent tryed them yet will this weekend stress and nerves got me down after my wreck and wouldnt u know moma nature always arives but im tuff and will shed em love ya ty for the support melissa :love:

Wow... i was reading your journey through your first week. You lost 12lbs in one week!!!! :o

Im going to start the diet tomorrow, and I hope that I have as much success as you. I want to loose 30-35 lbs total.

You gave me hope, because I heard that the bigger you are, the more you will loose, and I weigh 180 lbs now, and want to get down to around 150 or 145. I have a muscular athletic frame, so I know that getting down to the 120s is out of the question. lol

Im soo excited now!!!
