If you don't mind it, and can adapt it into your "every day" eating plan, 35 lb weight loss is possible. Don't know how fast that will be though. Stay active and DRINK YOUR WATER
. Glad to hear you are feeling better, keep up the water intake. Some CSD "naysayers" say all the weight we are losing is water weight, I don't know how true that is, so its even more important to drink, drink and drink especially in these warmer temperatures. When you say "the other is normal" I hoping that means daily 

. Will you do a week 2 right away, or take a little break and eat sensibly before doing CSD again
. I started CSD again after 6 weeks off on 08/03/09. I think I did well, but doing a little extreme CSD this week. Cutting back on too many fruits, increasing the exercise and indulging in more water filled veggies ( raw ). Will know the outcome next Monday. Wishing us both "Continued Success".

. If you are on the mend, it's no time to diet. The body needs a lot of TLC to recover CSD is just not gonna do it. I recently signed up for Face Book by invitation, but I'll be darned if I know how to use it. Please explain
