Trini, thank you for yor words of wisdom and encouragement earlier today. I have to admit that this is not easy. Today has been much more difficult than I ever anticipated. I am a sensible eater who decided to do this to kick start weight loss of approximately 6lbs. I just cannot seem to lose these any other way!! Yet, today I was starving and craving foods (chips, popcorn, chocolate???????) that I don't crave or rarely eat. Psychological? Did you or anyone else find that you were hungrier than before (keeping in mind that the caloric intake is drastically reduced)? When did this pass?
I greatly appreaciate the feedback.. I'm sticking to it and I know that I will not only look but feel better. Good luck to everyone else.
