I am back for my third week of CSD. Not in a row. I do it once a month. I seem to lose more weight if I put a good 3 weeks between rounds. On the alternate wks I do low carb or low cal. I have lost 20 pds. My goal is to lose 10 more pds by Dec. 6th.
My next goal is to lose an additional 10 pds by Dec 26th. After that I would like to lose at least another 20 pds. But with no time slot in mind.

The talk about other diets from: Atkins, Cambridge, slimming world, VLCD, calorie counting, Johnson's up day , down day diet, Rosemary Cloony program, this is just to name about 1/2 of them. It is interesting to see all the other diet programs people try and what works for them and what doesn't. Just like here. I go between these two sites getting support from you all and its very helpful. Good luck to you all and keep on thinning.
