Questions About This Soup
Question:
I was wondering about how many
serving for this soup [per one time making the soup follow the
recipe], is it for one day, two day, or ???
Do I suppose to eat the vegetable with the soup or just the
water? For the tomatoes, do I have to use tomatoes in can or the
fresh one?
What size of carrots that I have to use small, middle, ...)?
What kind or type of mushrooms that I have to use (straw
mushroom, champignon, .....)(mushroom in can or the fresh
mushroom)?
Can I use just 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon and don't use Lipton
soup mix? And what taste of bouillon that I have to use
(chicken, pork, ...)?

That
depends entirely upon how much you eat. I eat about 2 big bowls
a day and the 1 batch lasts me about 5 days...although I do use
a whole head of cabbage rather than half..
The vegetables on day 2 and 3 can be eaten any way and whenever
you want.
The tomatoes that go IN the soup, I use diced tomatoes in a can.
The tomatoes that you eat on day 5- I believe are to be fresh.
Carrots , as all the vegetables that go in the soup, should be
chopped into bite sized pieces.
I use fresh sliced mushrooms, but you can use sliced mushrooms
from the can.
You can use bouillon cubes and not use the Lipton, I use Chicken
flavored, but you can use whatever flavor you want.
