I was pretty nervous at first - knowing that I was going to be eating this soup day in and day out for the next week. What a great surprise!! I did this diet 6 years ago and I remember hating the soup after the 3rd day. Now I think this recipe (with the hot sauce) is going into our regular dinner rotation. It's GREAT!!!
