I finished my three weeks of
cabbage soup. I don't know how much weight I've lost, but my
clothes are fitting a lot better, and I feel lighter. Actually,
I feel good.
I plan to go on it once a month for a while. Meanwhile I plan to
eat fruits, vegetables, and a lean Cuisine meal a day. I will
drink unsweetened juices and water. One day a week I will eat
anything I want at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I can choose
only one setting.
I hope it works.

Today is the 3rd day of my
cabbage soup diet. I feel fantastic! I have dropped 5 pounds
already, and looking forward to losing more. My daughter just
had a baby last month, and she has joined me on the diet. She is
also doing well with it. Yes, it is a diet that is NOT easy to
stick with. It takes will power. The first time I tried this
diet, I lost 13 pounds the first week. Although it may seem an
unhealthy way of losing weight to some people, to me it's quick
and I do have energy. I exercise while doing this diet, drink
tons of water, and I really do feel great!
