The Point of Cabbage Soup Diet-In My View

 

In my view, the point of the cabbage soup diet is to lose fast weight sort of a motivation to actually start a healthy plan to lose the rest of the weight.

That is what I have done, I did the Cabbage soup diet for two weeks and a low calorie eating plan for another and now am doing the Atkins diet indefinitely.

As for the physical exercise it does not have to be high intensity it could just be brisk walking for 30 minutes. Most people are able to do this or at least slow walking.

As for unhealthy, yes it is but only if you follow it for long periods of time, I wouldn't ever do it for longer than two weeks because you do not get the proper nutrients.
