I've done with the first week and I
feel great.. I lost 12 pounds...I'm taking 2 days off then
getting back on...On the fruit days I ate pineapple rings with
lemon and chili powder...and lots of melons... and the veggie
days I steamed them and added a pinch of pepper and soy sauce..
just a pinch.. I also filled myself with water and cranberry
juice.. The diet is GREAT..

I did CSD 2 years ago, lost 34 lbs
in a month! I did CSD the first week (skipped day 7 tho), then
did days 1-5 again, then for the rest of the month I ate a lot
of soup, fruit and veg, but added in low fat dairy and low fat
protein. The weight was literally falling off, I could actually
feel the difference on my hips. Since then I lost 2 stone with
Slimming World and regained it, but I'm now where I was when I
ended CSD, so I'm back again to give it another go. I find that
my appetite/stomach has shrunk so much by the end of the week,
and I'm so used to all the fruit & veg, that it makes it a lot
easier to eat healthily when I come off. That means, in my case
anyway, the weight doesn't pile back on by any means!

Hi Everyone.....
Well...I stuck to the diet...except about 3 cups of coffee per
day...with milk and two sugars.........
And I have lost 9 Pounds!! 4.2 kgs
Today I had a day off.....though still ate healthy but rewarded
myself with a couple of glasses of red.........
Tomorrow I'm starting the Negative Soup diet........for a little
variety......then back to Cabbage soup diet for week 3.....
I will keep this up till I have reached my goal..
I have 57 pounds to lose.....9 pounds down....48 to GO!!
