A few tips so that you don't gain
the weight back:
1. Drink green tea every morning
before breakfast. Do this for a while, at least till your system
is regulated, which for most takes a week. Green tea loosens fat
so that you burn more off. Do this before your breakfast or
before your cardio workout.
2. Take up Pilates, yoga, or buy
a ballet book. For us guys, this is embarrassing. But I had to
take up Pilates because I needed better coordination. Pilates is
good because it helps trim your body. Sometimes we're miserable
about this diet because we have big frames with fat and a small
intake valve. The trimmer you are, the better you'll feel. So go
pick up a Pilates, yoga, or ballet book and do the stretches as
much as you can.
3. Eat in moderation. Once you're
off, you have to be careful about what you eat. Don't intake to
much fat. Look at serving sizes and what not and keep saturated
fats and sugar to a minimum.
4. Write down your progress. This
is really what saved me. I was ready to quit a few times, but
after reading what all I'd accomplished so quickly, I thought I
owed it to myself to stick with it. It wouldn't hurt to take a
before and after shot too.
