Do Not Need As Much Sleep Since Cabbage Soup Diet

 

WOW! I have noticed that I do not need as much sleep the last 4 days since I started this CS diet. This morning I woke up at 5:30 and my typical is about 7-7:30. I guess not eating the carbs like I used to has really made a difference.

The bananas day was a toughie! Glad I'm past that one! Lost 4 pounds in 3 days but haven't weighed in this morning. All in all, I feel pretty darned good!!

I also noticed that I don't need quite as much sleep and I also noticed that I am happier, I guess I am happier because I am doing something good for my mind, body and sprit by doing this diet. Keep up the good work and hang in there.

It is so hard for your body to break down Sugar! When we load up on a lot of excess carbs they break down into sugar, and then store as fat. With this diet your body gets a real break! Sugar also messes with your moods as well. It's know wonder we are sleeping less, and feeling better! If your working out with this diet you probably feel like super woman!: cool: ENDORPHINE High!:) With all these great benefits you think we would never go back to our old behavior!
