Is It OK to Drink Diet Coke on Days 1-6?

Question:

Hi everyone. If u take a look on the home page it says on day seven that u can't drink diet soda.. but is that only for day seven or for the whole diet? (everyday)..

I've been drinking diet drinks the entire time and still down 7lbs. I don't think it hurts. Good luck!

I agree with Rhonda, I've drunk diet soda the entire time and never had a problem. But I suppose if you follow the diet to the exact tee you most likely will lose more. Hope I helped.
