I am on my 3rd day...have followed
the plan strictly and have not lost any weight.......anyone else
in the same boat?? How long does it usually take to see results?

I followed the diet to a "T." I
worked out everyday, ate everything I was supposed to, drank
everything I was supposed to and did not lose a SINGLE pound.
The vegetables I had were fresh, steamed with nothing on them.
The fruit I had was fresh and just washed and eaten. I am
soooooo completely frustrated that I worked so hard on something
that didn't work. WHAT HAPPENED??? Anyone else have this
problem? HELP!!!

Too Much Spices,
Salt & MSG Be careful of spices and bouillon
cubes that are consumed. MSG will make you retain water for as
long as 4 days. Continue drinking 8-10 glasses of water with
this diet, it does work. As far as all the negative aspects of
everyone's opinion, after you've done this you need to continue
and eat properly and maintain healthy eating habits as well as
exercise daily or in the least 3 times a week. It's not only a 7
day plan...you have to keep up the maintenance otherwise once
you resume your old eating habits then yes you will regain all
or more weight. be good to yourself, if you cheat, its only you
that will know. You can do it!

Too Much Butter & Sugar
If you are finding that you have not
lost any weight after day 3, more than likely you will need to
examine your eating habits. Are you adding butter to your
vegetables? If so try subbing some Pam Butter Spray instead.
Butter contains a lot of excess calories and fat. Are you adding
sugar to your fruits? Try a low calorie sweetener instead. Also,
try to cut sugar where you can. Juice can be full of sugar, so
try to keep an eye on that as well.
And the absolute most important thing of ANY diet plan...
exercise! even if you just take a short walk down the street and
back. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. I advise starting
yoga. Beginners Yoga Sessions by Yoga Zone are incredible, and
easy to do. The muscle mass and flexibility you gain is awesome.
Try this, and good luck to you!

There are 4 possible reasons so far
as I can see. 1) you have
hardly any weight to lose - even so I would expect at least a
pound or two off.
2) You were on a strict diet
before you did CSD and your body has gone into starvation mode
3) The exercise - was it more
than you would normally do? You may have panicked your body into
holding onto its weight. Also remember that muscle ways more
then fat. You might've gained muscle during your workout
routine.
4) You misunderstood the rules;
common mistakes are drinking fruit juice, eating
bananas/potatoes every day.
