Too Much GAS!!!!

I think it's great so many people
are on this diet and doing good. but very few of you are talking
about the gas that this may cause...lol I want to go on this
diet, but, I work in very closed quarters with other people...I
don't want to be offensive, I'd be rather embarrassed...lol
How are ways that you all are
dealing with the gas? I figured if I purchased a gas ridding
dietary supplement such as beano, the gas would be greatly
reduced. anyone else doing this that could recommend something?

Hi I started this diet a couple days
ago but gave up since I had school and no time to eat anything.
I am going to start next week hopefully since I will be free and
I'm going to go to the gym every other day. I'm hoping to lose
20 pounds. but the thing is I get sooo much gas it makes me feel
so sick and uncomfortable..how can I get rid of this?

Answer:
The best way I know of getting rid
of gas is a lot of walking - shifts everything through your
system and gives you some exercise as well. Last thing you need
is to go to the gym and do crunches with gas! If you start your
workout on a Stairmaster, treadmill or elliptical machine, it
would help.
I also swear by Ovol for gas relief at night.
