减肥汤食谱-包心菜汤
减肥汤材料:
- 6个大洋葱
- 2个青灯笼椒/青辣椒
- 1至2罐西红柿/番茄(切方块)(可用6个新鲜西红柿取代)
- 3条红萝卜(切方块)
- 280克罐装或新鲜菇类(如蘑菇、冬菇等)
- 1束洋芹菜
- 半个包心菜
- 1罐(1360克/48oz.)V8西红柿汁(随意)
- 1至2块浓缩汤精块(bouillon cube)(随意)
- 少许盐、胡椒粉、大蒜粉及其他香料调味(随意)
减肥汤煮法:
- 将洋葱切片,放入锅中以少许油爆香。
- 将青灯笼椒切半去籽,再将它切成小块,然后加入锅中继续爆炒。
- 再将包心菜外层去除,然后把其余的切成小块,加入锅中。
- 把洗净的红萝卜、西红柿及洋芹菜也切块,菇类切成厚片,顺序放入锅里。
- 如想让汤有点辣味,现在可加入约1/3茶匙的辣椒粉。
- 材料全爆香后,加入12杯水(或8杯水和1罐V8西红柿汁)。先以大火煮沸,再以小火焖煮约2个小时。
- 过了2个小时后,加入浓缩汤精块及调味料(随个人喜好,但避免过咸)。
- 可以把煮好的汤可放入冰箱,隔天加热再喝。
备注:食谱里的份量是供7天食用。如果想喝新鲜的汤,可自己减少材料天天烹煮。您也可以 随意更换所使用的蔬菜及调味料以煮出不同味道的汤。您也可以试一试以下的材料配搭:
配搭一:西红柿、灯笼椒、茄子、洋葱、绿皮南瓜汁及大量的大蒜
配搭二:青蒜(韭葱)、菠菜、水田芹(西洋菜)、洋芹菜、花椰菜、洋葱及浓缩汤精块
配搭三:洋葱、青蒜(韭葱)、红萝卜、瑞典芜菁(Swedish turnip)、皱叶甘蓝(Savoy cabbage)、欧洲防风(parsnip)(少许)及浓缩菜汤
