意大利式减肥汤食谱
这是意大利式的减肥汤食谱,共有两个版本:冬天版和夏天版。这两个版本的分别之处是在于所使用的材料。
冬天版材料:
- 6个青蒜(韭葱)(或大洋葱)
- 1个包心菜(或花椰菜)
- 4-5个白芜菁(或500克菠菜或500克甜菜)
- 1束洋芹菜(或1个茴香)
- 1至2罐西红柿/番茄(或6个新鲜西红柿)
- 1至2块浓缩菜汤精块(随意)
- 少许盐、胡椒粉、大蒜粉及其他香料(随意)
夏天版材料:
- 6个青蒜(韭葱)(或大洋葱)
- 1个包心菜(或200克菜豆/豆荚)
- 2个青灯笼椒/青辣椒(3个绿皮西葫芦)
- 500克菠菜(或500克甜菜)
- 1束洋芹菜(或2条红萝卜)
- 2个新鲜西红柿(去皮)
- 1至2块浓缩菜汤精块(随意)
- 少许盐、胡椒粉、大蒜粉及其他香料(随意)
减肥汤煮法:
- 先将切好的葱、蒜、椒等放入锅中以少许油爆香。
- 再将较硬的根类蔬菜切成小块,加入锅中继续爆炒。
- 接着把叶类蔬菜切成小叶,和西红柿一起加入锅中。
- 材料全爆香后,加入适量的水。先以大火煮沸,再以小火焖煮约2个小时。
- 过了2个小时后,加入浓缩菜汤精块及调味料(随个人喜好,但避免过咸)。
