辣味包心菜减肥汤食谱
这道辣味汤最适合喜爱吃辣的朋友。它不但美味可口,还可加速新陈代谢。
减肥汤材料:
- 2个洋葱(切丝)
- 6条红萝卜(切方块)
- 4支洋芹菜 (切粒)
- 3瓣大蒜(剁碎)
- 1-2茶匙红辣椒碎
- 2茶匙芫荽粉
- 1汤匙芥末粉
- 5杯加1汤匙-鸡汤或菜汤
- 2汤匙柠檬汁
- 1罐(425克)西红柿(切方块)
- 3杯包心菜或皱叶甘蓝(切丝)
- 少许盐、黑胡椒粉及其他香料调味(随意)
减肥汤煮法:
- 将1汤匙汤放入锅中加热,然后放入洋葱丝清炒5分钟。
- 接着加入蒜茸和红辣椒碎,继续清炒几分钟。
- 清炒后,加入芫荽粉、芥末粉、红萝卜、洋芹菜、西红柿、柠檬汁及汤。
- 先以大火煮沸,再以小火焖煮(开盖)约20分钟至到材料软化。
- 最后加入包心菜丝及其他香料调味继续烹煮多5分钟即可食用。
